Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 21, 2026

This policy covers getloredrop.com (this website) only. It explains what personal data we collect through this site, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.

This website is operated by Quarter AI Solutions LLC. For questions about this policy, see the Contact section below.

1. What we collect and why

This site collects two categories of data:

Information you provide. When you submit the waitlist form, we collect your email address. We use it solely to notify you of updates related to this project. We do not use it for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it with anyone other than the service providers listed in section 3.

Information collected automatically. When you visit this site, Cloudflare (our hosting and security provider) automatically processes your IP address and standard browser signals as part of delivering the page and protecting against abuse. We do not receive or store your IP address ourselves - this processing occurs entirely at Cloudflare's network layer and is not accessible to us. Cloudflare Web Analytics also collects anonymised, aggregate traffic data (pages visited, referrer, browser type). This tool does not use cookies, does not fingerprint individual visitors, and does not share data with advertisers.

2. Legal basis for processing (EU & UK visitors)

If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, we process your data under the following legal bases:

Consent - your email address is collected on the basis of your consent when you submit the waitlist form. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us (see section 7).

Legitimate interests - automated traffic signals are processed by Cloudflare on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting this website from abuse and understanding aggregate visitor traffic. This processing does not override your rights and freedoms.

3. Service providers

We share data only with the following sub-processors, each engaged solely to provide the services described:

Supabase, Inc. (United States) - database hosting. When you submit the waitlist form, your email address is transmitted to our server-side function and stored on Supabase infrastructure. Your browser does not contact Supabase directly. Supabase is SOC 2 Type II certified. Data is stored in their US-East region.

Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) - website hosting, content delivery, bot protection (Turnstile), and privacy-first analytics. Cloudflare processes connection-level data as part of serving this site and running security checks. For details see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any other party.

4. International data transfers

Both Supabase and Cloudflare are headquartered in the United States. If you are located in the EU or UK, your data is transferred to and processed in the US. These transfers are carried out under the service providers' standard contractual clauses and applicable data transfer mechanisms. By submitting the waitlist form, you acknowledge this transfer.

5. Data retention

Your email address is retained until this project launches or for a maximum of 24 months from the date of collection, whichever comes first. At launch, waitlist members will be given the option to create an account; those who do not opt in within 90 days will have their email address permanently deleted. You may request deletion at any time - see section 7.

6. Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access - request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Correction - request that inaccurate data be corrected.
Erasure - request that your data be deleted.
Portability - request your data in a machine-readable format.
Restriction - request that we limit how we process your data.
Objection - object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests.
Withdraw consent - where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are in the UK, you may contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
